I’m big into setting goals and the New Year is always a great time to start planning for future goals. I do however, avoid calling my goals New Year’s resolutions though. That phase just seems to have daunting effect of goals. No matter how good your goal is, call it a New Years resolution and you have already cut your chances for success in half.
